hype tawan - tawan . . hahahha . .
entry kali neyh nk citer pasal jogging . .
haaa jogging vs riadah ??
yeee jogging laaa... aduyaiii berat da naek ** neyh cmne nk trn  kan berat bdn . ? berut muncit ? wuarrgghhh nk nangeshhh jewk rase . . 
haaaa tu la masalh girl kan , lepas je makan cri bntal . . hahha..salah sorg ak lettew haa... amacam jum amalkan gaya hidup sehat , amalkan cara hidup sihat  jogging setiap ptg atau riadah la nan kawan2 . .cewahh gitu . . just only 30 minute jewk , klau kowang malas jugak 20 minute pon okeyh . . hahahhh. . . okeey la jum2 , jgn malas2 kate nk trnkan berat badan uh . . berlemak2 da pewot uh . .come baby ..hahahhahaha....jumpe next entry :) bye
